How fast can you start?
Usually within days of an NDA. A diligence screen takes about a week; confirmatory diligence two to three weeks, scheduled around your deal timeline.
What do we receive?
A short memo written for the investment committee: an overall view, findings rated by severity with a cost to fix, key-person and scalability risks, and 100-day priorities. We present it live to the deal team.
Are you independent?
Yes. We have no reseller or referral arrangements with vendors, and we do not take build work from a target during a live diligence.
Can you assess hardware and deep-tech companies?
